Lipowiec Castle - The first change in this place appears in the division by Jan Długosz and says that the area where the access is located was available at the beginning of the 13th century to the Małopolska knightly family of Griffins. Good Babicki and Lipowiec were available to Klemens Gryfita from Ruszcza. He decorated the convent in Staniątki with them, of which his daughter was the abbess. In 1243, it was purchased by the Bishop of Krakow, Jan Prandota, from the Benedictine nuns. Lipowiec remained a bishopric until 1789.
